I am an employee

The daycare hired a new assistant director who also doubles as a teacher. In the 6 month she has been there, 7 employees have quit. Being that this is a Christian based facility, she is not a good fit. Shes continually gossiping about employees and causing problems, one would think at a Church run daycare that the work place would be kind and nurturing. There are plenty of other great daycares in our area.
