Little Angels Child Care and Learning Center

Hello, After my child attending this center for the last 4 years. I am unhappy to write about today’s incident in which the director has made several remarks related to her unhappy with my child’s new hours. Today my daughter was disruptive during nap time (time of her arrival) and because the director had previously voiced her concerns I feel like she is picking to make her point that the hours aren’t to her liking. Upon picking my child up today the director made a remark that there was an issue during naptime. I check everyday and today was the first incident. She went further to state “we are going to have to make other arrangements” I asked what she meant and she grew defensive, waving her hands and saying she had to go. As a parent I wanted her to explain why one bad day will lead to her wanting to remove a child as if that’s not normal for a child to have a bad day. She told me she wasn’t dealing with my attitude and didn’t want to talk. She threatened to call “social services in the morning”. I asked again why and to say what? She said she wasn’t answering any of my questions. I let her know my worker approved the hours and she didn’t have the right to threaten me. Is there a number I can contact to complain? A number for the board? This isn’t the first time she has made threats and threw her weight around. I am trying to do things the right way. It seems like she antagonizes parents hoping they react in a way that justifies her wanting to put a child out of her center.
