i could not have chosen a better daycare for my girls to go too. we absolutely love it and my girls are always so happy to go and are always welcomed with a smile. we love laurel, ashley, logan and everyone who works at ACW. if you are looking for a great daycare then look no further!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. They mentally, verbally and physically abuse children there. Do not bring your child to this center. The owner's are just money hungry and do not put any money back into the center. They do not care about the children but only the money and the bottom line.

I would just like to let the owners know that what they did this past week was completely unnecessary and could have been handled a whole lot better. 1. I would like some notice when the director is changed. It's not my business to know why and I don't care to know the why. But I, as a parent, develop relationships with the people who are watching my children. So when you come in and all of a sudden drop someone in that position without any kind of notification, makes me mad. 2. When I am trying to talk to the new director about payments and she scrambles around the desk like she is lost sends a bad signal to the parents. From what we were told on the LAST MINUTE letters we received, the new director should have known what she was doing because she has been in a director position before. 3. When I talk to the director about something as serious as dropping my kids, she can't even look me in the face and communicate with me. She was too dang worried about a stupid label for a folder than she was about trying to keep kids/parents for your business to succeed. She never once asked why I was leaving or if there was anything she could do. She never once looked up from that label she was holding. She never once said a word to me! I'm not going to keep my children in a daycare where the director can't be an adult and talk to me. That is extremely important to have communication between whoever is running your business and the parents. If I am treated that way as an adult I can't imagine the way that the other teachers you choose to hire will treat my children. I hope you keep the parents in mind next time you make a decision. I am not the only parent that feels this way and I know at least another 7 or 8 parents that have pulled their children because of your lack of information, lack of communication and overall horrible changes. I will not be recommending this daycare to anyone as long as it is under your (boss and director) care.
