I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I have two kids and both attended the academy. This is an amazing place to send kids! The staff is kind, easygoing and engaged. I always ask my son how his day is. He replies back that it was SUPER! He's excited to show me his artwork and projects and his teachers are phenomenal (Cristal and Tanya). I would highly recommend ARLA. Granted, it isn't cheap, but you pay for what you get. No drama and excellent care. 5 stars!!!
The person who owns this location of A Readiness Learning Academy also owns two others in Bradenton. She is well educated and has a strong business sense. However, her time at this campus is limited as she has to divide her time between the three locations. The Director of this location, Ms. Claudia, has extremely poor communication skills. She has a non-confrontational personality, therefore struggles with citing business policies and practices to parents who ask. I have personally witnessed her disregard room teachers when they told her a child is sick & should go home. Most of the teachers are caring and nurturing, but I have witnessed a teacher grow extremely aggravated with some of the children in her room and she has strained to keep her temper under control. Other teachers/room help have multiple visible tattoos and facial piercings that I, personally do not find appropriate for such small children to be exposed to. This center is not a good value for the money they charge.
