Wee Care Day Care & Learning Centre

I would not recommend this daycare for the following reasons
My grandson started on Dec.10th 2019. Turning 30 months on the 15th. They say it takes 4 wks for a child to get used to coming on a part-time basis. That being said, he was just walking in on his own the 4th w/o and not crying. So the following w/o the decide to move him to tje potty training room because he is now 30 mths ( he was 30 mths 5 days afyer starting) his first day in the new room was like his very first day all over again. Then I don't even get notes on weight as to when he goes potty. It was still diaper changing. When I asked thr teacher, she says" you will need to bring pull-up and have him wear underwear.( would have been nice to know this) so afer yet another week, still only diaper changes on tbe app. So I went to the office and asked that he be taken to potty every HR. They did that day. Then the next day it was 4 hrs after dropping him off before he even get a diaper change! Not to mention I had an Aunt picking him up that day and had just added her to the list that morning...they barely even glanced at her ID and didn't check to see if that was who was supposed to pick him up!!! Ive never liked daycares and this is a prime example as to why...sad thing is I used to take my daughter here when she was little 18 yrs ago) and never had any issues. Also' hen I went to the office to discuss tbe potty training and his pick-up the day before, the head manager says to to, " if they took the time to write down every time 26 kids go potty it takes away time from kids...really??( The state ratio is 14 kids to 2 teachers) then spun around in her chair and went back to what she was doing on the computer. Just pretty much dismissing me before I could even ask about them checking the ID if tbe person picking up my child. Needless to say, I pulled him out tbe same day!

The place is not clean at all 11 children from wee care daycare on ford ave has gotten hand foot & mouth. It was traveling from room to room. Robin who works in the offices does not make them clean like they should she just over looks it because she is friends with them. Only time the center is together is when they know state is coming. They are more focused on the money then the kids health. There is not a sign posted letting parents know that hand foot & mouth is going around the center. I just feel state should do a pop up, not letting anyone know they are coming because everyone who works for the company are friends & will try their best to help them past a expection.
