Our gentle spirit two year old was bit six times in four months. Once needing medical attention. It's understandable to have an occasional incident but he was clearly not kept safe. My daughter had to honor her contract of paying for two weeks when she removed him immediately from their care for his safety. This is not right, as the daycare owner did not honor her contract to keep him safe. I was shocked that I was able to walk all the way in to where the kids were, announcing my presence the entire time, without one person stopping me. A complete stranger. Definitely a one star.
I love working at this facility. Everyone has such a fun and bubbly personality. This is a a very welcoming and happy environment to be a part of. I do not feel like im coming into work when I come, I love this job and I love what I get to do everyday. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs child care.
