I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I could not send my child to to 123 Grow. I stopped in to look around & information & seen 9 babies in the infant room & 1 staff (this was Dec 2019). I think they need to hire more staff & owner needs a refresher course of the ratios allowed by law in the state of Massachusetts. Its not safe for the children!
