They cover the toddlers up with blankets, holding them down with there feet when they do not settle down. There is a hole in the wall of the playarea that is covered up with shoes. They have taken a loaf of bread that was half eaten by mice, threw away the half that was eaten by mice and fed the other half to the children. The youngest are left unnattended in a room seperated from the other children during nap time. While I was working there, you were not paid for the time you worked after the last child left. 

Absolutely love Stephanie she’s amazing and her employees are absolutely wonderful they are always kind and are willing to help my children. I have been taking my kids there for a while and I saw improvements in there behavior after taking them there for a while, i was completely stunned. Every day even to this day I will pick them up and they will tell me how much fun they had and that they enjoy the projects and the variety of play stations. This childcare is not just your normal childcare not only are they clean and properly about it all they treat the kids like their own. Stephanie and her employees are very kind and will talk to the kids and try to help figure out why the child misbehaved when they are disciplined for miss behaving rather than just putting them in timeout and leaving it at that. all in all this is one of the best childcare centers I’ve ever come across

I was really impressed with the owner stephanie for the first month or so. She was willing to take payments while waiting for my state assistance to help with child care expenses. However she charged full time even though my two kids were in school and she only had them 10 minutes one day a week. My youngest who was five dropped a plate of food and the daycare providers working refused to give him more saying he should have been more careful he was 4 at the time. Two months into us using the daycare she told me she was increasing her fees and we would no be required to pay 1400 a month to subsidy what the state would pay her which was ridiculous because she was receiving over $1000 a month for my children. We left the daycare shortly after and we're told if we did not stop payment to her from the state she would come after us for payment.
