I have used this provider for more than 6 months

1 star because there was not an zero option...
I will start by saying that the Establishment has a great curriculum but is ran by someone I grew to realize don’t really have the kids best interest....
There was an incident(s) that took place between the MALE After school teacher and student(s) that was NOT handled to my satisfaction for the safety of all the kids. Management never coordinated a meeting with all parties involved.
There was never an apology / direct conversation from thee Accused.
Footage became in assessable.
Management insisted that my child was making up a story that was Co Hearst by another lil girl.
I was told where the accusation took place wasn’t big enough for adults to sit... I went and view this discreet off camera view outdoor reading nook with seating large enough for me to comfortably sit with my child on lap.
It was said that management wasn’t cooperative with detective and footage from camera isn’t stored. Attempting to handle this “the Rt way”
through children’s services I later found out that all details weren’t given in thee initial report so they said the case didn’t qualify to be investigated. After moving forward with police report and proper details there was an investigation that at one point included a family of three 3 girls that had similar accusations then later refused to speak. My daughters meetings with counselorS indicated that my child had been TRAUMATIZED. interview after interview counseling sessions after sessions I just new justice would be served. Not to mention HE NEVER MISSED A DAY OF WORK. Months later my husband runs into one of the fellow parents and finds out the same Male teacher would ask about her Nieces which she felt was weird. On further down the road MONTHS later to realize my BABY IS DEVASTATED BEHIND HER EXPERIENCE and Still Dealing with it.
I went to the McDonald’s near the center to treat my child for a positive day at school for her to look down the road and see one of the initial teachers she had in pre kindergarten which was currently out of the building when the accusations took place... and seeing her ruined her whole dayyyyyyyy. So not is she now nervous about male teachers but she don’t like any staff associated with that center for not getting her justice of Any Sort. No one ever apologized to my child for her having to feel Unsafe at a place she Trusted to protect her well being. Not to mention that the day After we brought the accusations to the front I asked for my child NOT to be placed backed in his room.. I was Assured by MANAGEMENT she would allow her to sit upfront until pick up or notify me if she couldn’t. NO NOTIFICATION AND SHE PUT MY BABY BACK IN HIS ROOM.
It took me months to get here for “ they say there is no proof of the accusations “ and I wanted to just put this behind us but CLEARLY MY CHILD IS NOT OK and Yours may not be Either. Talk to your kids ask questions pop up unannounced. I’ve been having all type of signs that I feel compelled to share my experience.
