I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If I could give 0 stars I would.

My 5 month old son got ringworm from this daycare which wouldn’t be that big of deal because it’s just fungal and easily treated over the counter. HOWEVER the owner Shelly and her husband Jeff were horrible about the situation.
I texted them over the weekend he had it and it was treated and he would be fine by Monday, I double checked with a pediatrician.
Come Monday the daycare worker was short with me and didn’t want to touch my son as if he was a parasite. 1-2 hours later the owner Shelly sends me an aggressive text that my daughter is sick and I need to pick her up and my son up ASAP.
My husband leaves work from Blackfoot and when he gets there Shelly’s husband Jeff tell my husband my daughter isnt sick and she’s faking it but we have to take both kids home anyways FOR NO reason.
I called Shelly after work to see what happen and she laughs at my concerns over the phone and admits the real reason we had to pick up my daughter is because they didn’t want my son there due to the fact he had ringworm (it was already gone by now). She also said her husband told all the workers my son had it and was contagious so NO ONE wanted to care for my son, which explained why the worker was so short with us that morning.
So they lied about my daughter being sick and made us come get both kids instead for being professional and addressing their concerns.

In addition they refused the highly likely possibility that my son got it from their daycare and treated us like we were dirty people. I’m white and my husband is Mexican and they seemed socked that my husband was an engineer and made good money. I say this because Jeff tried to tell my husband it’s because we’re dirty at home but my husband explained we keep a clean nice home and Jeff was shocked at that and taken back by the fact my husband was an engineer. They treated us like we were vermin.
