We are very happy at this daycare center. Staff is very friendly and my kids are very happy.

This place is so unorganized. The owner let's paperwork build up so far she doesn't even know how much parents fees are. Make sure you get receipts because your payments also get lost in the shuffle. There are a few ladies there that are nice but there's also one that complains every time about crying and sick kids. She "can't deal with it today". What a nice attitude for someone working with kids. Dont bother trying to get a hold of the owner, she will not call you back regardless of the amount of messages you leave.

Honestly, a one star review is generous at this point. When I first toured the facility, I thought it was small for the number of children they have, but the children that were there seemed happy, and although several of the staff members there speak very little english, they were all very nice. The fact that the facility hours included evening and night care, as well as care on Saturday was very appealing to me considering how hectic my schedule is. I have only used this provider for 3 days. On the very first day, I requested after care and was told that it wouldn't be a problem. They even said they could pick my oldest son up from school on the days I needed after care. On the second day, I was told they did not do aftercare, and when I asked what the latest time I could pick up my children was, I was told 6:30pm. On day 3, I was running a little late after a doctors appointment in Gainesville. I was courteous and called the center to let them know I would be just a few minutes late and was told that was ok. A few minutes later (at 5:58pm), the owner called me to inform me that the center closed at 6, and that if I couldn’t be there to get my children, she would call law enforcement to collect them. I tried to explain to her that there must have been a misunderstanding because I was told that the center closed at 630, and that I would pay the late charge ($1 per minute, per child. I have 4 kids in daycare.) When I arrived at the center, the owner was not there, but some of the staff handed over my children, and (part of) their things. I was told that the owner would call me to resolve the issue, and I still have not received that call. (It’s 10:05pm). My children WILL NOT be going back to this center, and I would highly recommend against this place. They are nice to begin with, but afterwards, not so much. I have been lied to, threatened, and they kept my children’s things. They are very disorganized, rude, and 90% of the staff either doesn’t speak English, or doesn’t know what’s going on half the time. And, as I mentioned, the center is tiny. There are 12 toddlers in a “room” (blocked off section) that isn’t even as big as my master bathroom.

Dirty, understaffed and over crowded. Employees speak poor slang English. Disorganized!
