I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Both of my children went through the program at Kiddin Around from the infant room all the way to their preschool graduation. The owners genuinely care about each child they have in their facility and are present on a daily basis. The staff was very loving toward my children and always followed any requests we sent form home. Their preschool programs had my children more than prepared for to enter kindergarten. In the 7 years we were apart of Kiddin Around we never had a single issue. I would highly recommend this center for any family!

There wasn't an option for no star, but I would not recommend this facility. I picked my niece up there and my experience was awful. They just wanted to hurry me through the facility and get my niece and get out of there. Believe me that's what I wanted to. I was escorted to the outdoor area where my niece was playing with numerous other children. It was so congested, and chaotic. Anyways, when I finally seen her, her face was covered in snot and she had a nipple in her mouth, her hair was stuck to her face and the snot that had clearly been there for awhile because it was dried on her cheeks with the hair stuck to it. I immediately took her to the bathroom to clean her up and the aide was trying to get me out of there to show me where her belongings were so I could leave. Not only was her face full of snot but her diaper had not been changed for hours either. Now, for the worst part of this place.... My niece has come home numerous times with bite marks on her body. This is unacceptable! They kept telling my family that they will take care of it and it kept happening over & over! I'm sorry but I think that is child abuse. How do you NOT see another child being bitten by another???? Everything has been documented and I think my family should take it to the next level. The biter should of been removed immediately!!  To many kids and not enough employees to watch all of them.  I guess the ol' mighty dollars prevails over the saftey of our loved ones.  Such a shame!

I had my two grandchildren at kidding around for no more than a couple of months and was very displeased with these caregivers . I wouldn't allow my grandkids to be there ever.. I never took them back there, they never fed my grandkids or gave them their drinks that was packed for the day . the teacher always had an excuse why my grandson wasn't fed .. she said his stomach hurted well yeah::: he's hungry! I was appalled shocked when I started to see my grandson behaving in a way that seem to me he was being yelled at so he was acting out yelling trying to mimic the adults that yelled at the kids. My granddaughter was not being fed either ... they both suffered there, so please be aware kidding around is not a good place. I never went back if I had I would have told them off literally.

Today I saw a group from Kiddin Around on a playground outing at Greisal Park. These young children were yelled at the entire time i saw them by the lady in charge of them (teacher?). My young son even commented on how the "lady sounds so mean!" I have no other experiences with this provider (thank goodness!) so I cannot comment on their abilities or behaviors on a day to day basis or within their business, but as a parent of two young children and a professional who has worked in preschool settings for many years I would NEVER send my child to a facility that condones constant yelling at children for being children.
