I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This occurrence was in August 2018. My children had been attending this daycare for nearly 2 years at this point, with no issues whatsoever. As soon as my eldest turned 4 & was moved to the “4’s classroom”, it became militant. My child was punished for talking out (at 4 years old) and then was separated in “time out” the ENTIRE next day due to getting out of the class line. This means my child ate all alone, played all alone & spent the entire day all alone & alienated from everyone else. I called the facility while I was still at work & when my child told me that “no one wants to play with me or eat with me” & was absolutely heartbroken. I informed boss that I was immediately leaving to go rescue my child. I recorded the interaction between the teacher & myself because I know better. When meeting with the owner, she tried to deny it until I played the recording & she began to cry. I was not nice by any means in my approach to the teacher, and I did not care, this was my baby! Since then, that teacher has left & I’m sure the facility is amazing like it always was before my child going into the 4’s room.

As I was in the parking lot next door to this daycare, I witnessed a teacher grabbing and dragging a small child through the front and into the building. I had been watching the kids play for a few minutes and that child in particular wasn't misbehaving. The teach walked around the building, grabbed her by the middle of the arm and dragged her for seemingly no reason. When I asked her why she felt the need to grab that child and drag her, she closed the door and ignored me. I called the school and the owner pretty much dismissed it. They are apparently not a licensed facility nor do they have cameras. Parents beware.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

After having a horrible experience with daycare I moved my then 2 year old son to PALS. The difference was instant. He was welcomed with open arms by both staff and classmates. He was no longer hysterical at drop off but runs to teachers for morning hugs. At pick up he excited to tell what they are doing. His teachers have been great at communicating with me about his day and working with me to address any concerns that arise. I know my son is safe and cared for when he is at PALS.
