I pulled in the parking lot having technical problems with my car i fixed it an a employee walked up to my car i rolled my window down she instantly said what are u doing here when she realized my race her whole demeanor changed she was rude and disrespectful. I told her I'm pulling off. I'm sorry I'm having technical problems with my car. I fixed it and I'm leaving so she walks away and takes a picture of my tags and she gets to arguing with me, yelling get off our property as I was already pulling out. My understanding of this is she's a racist. I would never send one of my children to that daycare. I was literally parked for one minute or less.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter had a great experience at Willowbee beginning as a 3 months old infant and attending until she went to kindergarten. Now 7, she says summer care at Willowbee is still her favorite summer camp of all. Some of the highlights off the top of my head include teaching my baby infant sign language, using her manners, learning how to be a friend, weekly themed lesson plans, potty training encouragement, kindergarten preparation, daily crafts, family holiday parties, school photo shoots, the list goes on. Kids spend time outdoors, guest visitors present programs, classes take field trips, and water days are part of the annual calendar. I am grateful for these wonderful years and for the dedicated and nurturing the staff that make Willowbee great.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Although I would recommend this facility for infants, I would not recommend it for toddlers. My child continually has bumps, bruises, and hits her head. The accident reports indicate that she's not being supervised as she should be. The outdoor play area has all ages and the equipment isn't made for young toddlers, although I have seen my child climbing on it many times. Also, my daughter is filthy almost every day. They allow her to put her dirty hands in her mouth and don't make any effort to clean her up. Many of her clothes have been ruined as well. At the very least they need to spend some money on either grass or mulch instead of having the children play in dirt. Also, the cost is high for what is provided. Many other child care centers in the area are much larger, have twice as many programs and opportunities for the children, and even provide lunchtime meals for less cost. I gave 2 stars because I do recommend the infant care. It is an extremely small area but the care givers are exceptional.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Although my daughter has been sick since she started in this daycare, I feel the personnel are good teachers and caregivers. Julie, the owner, communicates very timely and has worked with my husband and I since we first toured the facility. The only cons I see are the size of the area for the infants and there being carpet in the main room (very unsanitary and stained). Otherwise, they are great and my daughter seems to enjoy her time there.

My son has been with this center for 2 years and we have been very happy.

The pay close attention to every detail, giving me a daily note about how he is doing. He has learned a lot and is ready to go to kindergarten next fall !

I have been very pleased and would recommend them to any parent looking!

Horrible experience

This has been by far the worst experience that I have ever had dealin with a daycare provider. The owner has horrible communication skills. They are not willing to work with you at all when it comes to potty training. Also the changing table is in the middle of the dining room, so there are many times that you walk in and the entire room smells like dirty diapers. Not worth the money she charges at all. Also most of the time when I went to pick up my daughter she had the children I front of the tv watching spongebob of all things. Just really unprofessional.
