New Heaven Learning Center LLC

My son atttended VPK with New Heaven Learning Center 6 years ago and went to school very well prepared. Now I can proudly say my baby girl is also enrolled here now as it is her turn. We had a very good experience with my other child that we would not entertain putting her anywhere else. We also made it a point to visit Ms. Cruz on a regular basis even when my son went off to elementary school that my daughter knew who Ms. Cruz was before enrolling.

First,The comment above listed as New Heaven Learning, is Clearly not New Heaven Learning. Mrs. Cruz Hernandez is an amazing woman and care provider. Both of my sons attended with her for 5 years. She treats all her students like family, and we all grow to love her so much. My younger son even tried to refuse to go to Kindergarten if he couldn't Take Ms. Cruz with him. While My boys are now in 5th and 8th Grades, and It's been several years since they've attended, I can say We all still love her very much, and visit her often at the school, as well as outside of the school. While we attended, I would come unannounced to ms. Cruz at all different hours, to pick up the kids or drop something off. The children were always well taken care of and very safe.

The best child care provider in Tampa. I have used New Haven Learning Center for 5 years. My daughter graduated VPK from there and entered Kindergarten exceeding in reading and writing for her level thanks to Mrs. Cruz Hernandez and her staff. My daughter does well in communication with others and has very great manners because she learned how to say "thank you" "your welcome" "good morning" and other gestures that are kind and welcoming thanks to Mrs. Cruz Hernandez and her staff. My daughter is still very happy with her old child care center, and I was so happy with what they were able to do for my daughter that I have now enrolled my son. My son comes home well fed, well taken care of all day. He does not come home sick or with bruises or marks from getting hurt or not being attended to at school. He enjoys going everyday that I drop him off while I am at work. I am a hard working mother of 2 young children and if it wasn't for Mrs. Cruz Hernandez and her staff I would not be able to go to work happily and carefree knowing that my child(ren) are well taken care of. I have and will continue to recommend New Haven Learning Center to any parent needing a safe, happy, healthy, clean facility for their child.

These kids have almost no supervision when they are outside which is a big portion of the day. The workers just stand there while the kids run around like maniacs & scream the whole time they are outside. You will see the same yellow water picture on the picnic table every day for the kids to drink out of. They are climbing all over the 2 story play structure, bumping their heads, trying to get out through the fence, screaming things at the neighbors because the workers let them do this. Cruz Hernandez should lose her license. It is a dump, rotted wood all over.
