I have used this provider for less than 6 months

ask all parents concerned about their child's wellbeing, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. This school is not what it used to be. About 3 months ago, I enrolled my child since this school was recommended by person who had their child enrolled years ago. When I came in for the tour, I noticed many things were old and outdated, but as long as my child was getting a good education, who cares, right? Wrong. Listen to your children! My child would be so happy about going to school in the morning, for the FIRST TWO weeks. After that, every morning was a hassle, she cried and would always say, "Mom, I dont want kids, kids are mean." This was a 2 year old stating this so I thought to myself, maybe she is just used to not having to share her toys because she is the only child. NOPE. My child was beat in this school, several times. In less than 4 months, there were 6 incidients and only 4 vaguely documented. The first time i was called and advised that she bit a child, I came to pick her up only to realize she had scratches on her face. Ms. Nikki apologized and Ms. Trish came outside and stated that the child did not retaliate, so therefore another child scratched my daughter, and she bit him. No one seems to know the whole story, sadly. Then after that I got calls about her being bit and scratched and I would not get the full story, EVER. The 3rd time I was called by the director Jackie, I mentioned I was a bit concerned since it was the 3rd incident in less than 1.5 months. She completely ignored my concern and stated "Well yeah, she is okay, I was just calling to let you know". I asked about any changes in the teacher to student ratio. I believe in the county it is 1:10, however she stated that on some days there were 8 children on other days there were 11 children but there were always two teachers on site. What good was this? I have no clue. I have the pitiful incident reports that Ms. Jackie tried to deny me the day I went to withdraw my daughter from school. I also have pictures of my daughter's injuries. I have notified the authorities and the county. Of course, since there are no broken bones or lost limbs, nothing will be done like any other cases that CPI fails to resolve. I come from a legal background and working very closely with CPI and DCF and unfortuntely there are many cases that are neglected. Nothing new. The last day I went to the school, I noticied a little girl begging her parent not to drop her off and running the other way, all I had to say to the parent was "Please, listen to your child". Sometimes as parents to one child we believe they are just timid or used to being at home, not always the case. I never asked for discounts or handouts from this place. I probably would have experienced a better childcare program in the ghetto somewhere. My daughter has scars from these injuries and the staff here is negligent and careless. They try to brush you away with a simple "Oh, I am sorry, I was talking to another student and did not see what happened". For those in doubt, I have proof, you may contact me at vlparalegal2@gmail.com. I may have failed to protect my child from this careless and inhumane administration(Jackie, Nikki and staff) but I may be saving your children from trama, neglect and abuse. LISTEN TO YOUR CHILD, young children can experience trauma from these events too. I hope that no other child is harmed and that daycares like this one become exposed for their lack of care. This industry is not for everyone. What was described to me as a great place years ago, has become a nightmare for my child and I.
