I have used this provider for more than 6 months

the daycare is ok. They do learn a lot I have to give them that! its the teachers and director that's a mess the director talks to the staff any kind of way, and her husband just stands around trying to look important! the only teachers that ive seen go above and beyond is mrs. Geraldine, miss keeta and mr Williams! everyone else acts like they don't want to be there! the older lady who walks with a limp just rolls her eyes at parents and doesnt get up at all! other than that if you want your kids to learn this is a great school!

The Learning Place Academy is a high quality early literacy and language rich environment. Our curriculum is designed to meet and exceed the requirements of both the Georgia Performance Standards and Common Core Curriculum. In addition to meeting these requirements our curriculum focus on a wide range of literacy experiences for all age groups. It is our belief that literacy and language development leads to future academic success. The Learning Place Academy staff recognizes the importance of language and literacy integration in all content areas. Content specific instructions through individual, teacher-led small and large groups, in centers or learning stations promote learning for the whole child in each content area. Additionally, teachers design classrooms as language rich havens where children can become absorbed in language experiences.
