I used to work here. Have to say that the director was helpful. But the employees that has been working there for years are super unprofessional. The employees are negative towards new employees, and they will try to get the new employees to get fire or leave. They all gossip about others and especially the new employees.Also, they will tag team against an employee that one of them doesn't like for some reason. Super unprofessional, and especially, they gossip in the language.
I used to work for this company. I grew experience from the director. But however, it's super unprofessional. The employees will gossip about one another, and this facility was super unprofessional. The worker's will always have something bad to say about another new worker, if that worker doesn't involve themselves with their gossip. Even the managers will involve themselves to gossiping about worker's. The worker's aren't appreciated.
I used to work there, I do agree with turnover being high here. However, gossiping only happens when you are also part of it. I worked there when Mrs. Benita started working and all I can say is that she had no experience at first she made mistakes like everyone does but she kept going. I believe she still works there and continues to make mistakes. I love children and when you focus your energy in giving positivity nothing can affect your work. I have always say when you work with children your focus should be the children and not what others are doing. I like Young World and Infant World. I would like to go back there to work in the future.
Do not work here or take your kids here! Infant World is amazing and I have no issues. But as an employee at Young World under the supervision of Benita Ibarra is the worst experience ever had. She is not professional. She allows gossip among employees about other employees. She has horrible time management. Teachers are treated like they are janitors and not teachers. Teachers are told by the director to put students un the bathroom with doors closed unsupervised. Favoritisn is there. If you dont speak Spanish then they will talk about you right to yiur face and make you feel attacked. Worst work experience.
Also for children they are constantly mixed with different age groups. Potty training is a nightmare for thr kids who arent ready.
