I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

Dirty. Smells like cat pee. Owner told me she spent a week deep cleaning and I don't see how. It's gross. I saw mouse poop on the floor in the kitchen of all places. Bad part of town. Teachers look like they are on meth.
