I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The teachers are nice and respectful, no complaints there. Rosalind Mann has called me several times about my granddaughter, and when she calls she is rude. She is not professional at all... I have heard her speak to other parents (Caucasian parents) with respect. She speaks to the African american and other minorities with a different demeanor. There was a lice problem, a child brought in lice, they passed around letters, but when my granddaughter caught it, they told her she has a disease and to go in the corner. When my daughter went to pick her up, the poor 5 year old was crying so hard and said mommy they said i am a disease. Mind you, she wasn't the kid who brought it to the school and not the only kid who caught it. Rosalind called me and said, i don't care who comes and gets this child, as long as you get her out of here. Who talks that way to parents?? Grandparents?
