I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This school was the. absolute. worst. When I first signed my daughter up, Yolanda was the Director and she was fantastic. Some time after that it was Ms. Luz. Although Ms. Luz was nice, she never knew anything. My daughters things went missing? Her only answer was "I don't know." When glue got stuck in my daughter's hair NOBODY knew. Nobody knew when it happened, how, or even attempted to clean it out. Nobody even told her father it was in her hair. The teachers were always quick to tell us when she misbehaved but that was just about it. Communication was TERRIBLE. They didn't even attempt to clean her up at the end of the school days and weren't attentive at all. Additionally, they waited until nearly 3 months after a missed payment to tell me and threaten to suspend my daughter the following day. One more thing, god forbid you get there 10 minutes into breakfast starting, they will starve your kid. For weeks we got there at 8:40 (breakfast was 8:30-9) and suddenly the morning teacher rudely told my daughter things like "we don't have anymore bagels, the kids were hungry, she can have milk." I suppose they don't properly count for kids and don't require their teachers to have manners and patience. I would never recommend anyone to this school. They are inattentive, rude, non-communicative, inconsiderate and inconsistent.

I personally went to this daycare and all I have to say is it is completely claustrophobic. I hated it the teacher looked like she was completely surrounded and being attacked by the students. There was like 30+ toddlers to one teacher. Not to mention there had been an incident with children there before. I did not choose this daycare, as a matter of fact it was my last choice.
