Most inconvenient facility I've ever taken a child to. Her rules for drop off and pick up are awful. Owner is unwilling to make exceptions unless it benefits her. She asks for favors but do not expect her to give you the same. You can expect to receive constant advice on what you are doing wrong in parenting. If you don't do something her way is wrong. After a weeks of trying to conform to all her rules (and her still complaining) we decided to pull our child. We question the care and attention our child was getting as you are required to notify her prior to your arrival. When you get there it takes a while for anyone to come to the door and you are not allowed inside. Multiple red flags. Steer clear.
