I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Quality of care has significantly decreased since my first started attending at 6 month. The teachers aren’t to blame, as much as the management at BSC Bright Horizons. My son has had over 10 “accident” reports in the past two months. They allowed him to ride around a bicycle with wooden rods, and he almost lost his eye. Is this the level of care we should expect from this organization?
