This facility is horrible. The owner treats her staff horrible and allows them to go to their vehicles to smoke. She can not keep staff due to the way she treats them. She does not treat the kids like kids she screams and yells at them, pulls them up by the arm, and does not seem to care. She doesn't like for staff to interact with parents as if she's afraid they will tell them something she doesn't want told. She should really be shut down after all the failed inspections!!!
I have had my child in this center for approximately 11 months. The owner is great and the new director that came along in November has really brought the place to life. Her background and love for children is amazing. My daughter has had a few different teachers, but this is not because staff doesn't want to stay, It's because the director wants what's best for the children. Which I fully appreciate. I would recommend Little Superstars!
I would not recommend anyone to this place. She has a temporary license. She treats kids and apparently her staff poorly because she can't keep staff. Since January she has had 5 teachers in the 3 and 4 year old room alone. She is one way with the parents and different when they leave. I would run far away from this place.
