I am an employee

I have been working at this location for a long time. Since 2016 it is under new management and this place has turned around completely. I have seen teachers come from other centers that say they have experience but they can't even talk to a child to find out what is wrong. The director Ms. June really cares about her staff and the children. Parents have to understand yes we have to call you to pick up your child especially when they are hurting other children or hitting the teachers. We can not put our hands on the children no matter what they are doing. But parents are in denial or they would rather stay at work and have us deal with the behavior. Parents lie and say that they their child doesn't act like that at home but yet they bring him here so they can run errands because child doesn't listen. For the parent that said child's arm and ankle was twisted. She came into the center saying the brother did it at home. The parents are always quick to blame everything on us. The director has been in childcare for over 25 years plus working with children and the courts. To have a parent that can't control her daughter slander Ms. June name is outrageous. Parents can come talk to management and teachers at any time if they any problems or concerns.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This child care facility is the worst child care facility you can ever take your child to starting off with the center director Ms June , she is the worst director she that’s not know how to handle Kids and all her attitude is very unprofessional , my daughter has been going there for less than six months and within the first four months she has gotten her ankle sprain by another child in the facility and nothing was done forever disciplining the child the child is currently still coming to daycare and within the next two weeks my daughter has got him her arm broken by the same child Again nothing has been done and try to talk to Ms June to see what was going to go on far as my daughter or being broken in her facility she was not any help so if you guys love your child I want your child to be safe and unharmed if I were you I would not enroll my child into Kidsville daycare center .

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is one of the worst places to bring your kids. The teachers are overworked and under paid. The management, meaning Ms. June, is so professional and over charges the parents by having them pay extra for days Urban League has already paid them for. They call your job to tell you to come pick-up your child or children because your child maybe just crying too much so just because their teachers may have decided to not come in or just quit. As a parent you suffer because they have a lack of staff so you're forced to miss work because of their lack of training with children. When you pull up to the facility all you hear is teachers yelling at the kids or some child being dragged back to their classroom (physically) because the child is crying too loudly because his parents just left. Its not a good place to bring your kids. If they stop spending so much time gossiping about the parents of the kids they so called watch then maybe they would be a decent facility to take your children.

I have been a teacher for 20 years and this is the worst facility i have ever seen or worked for! The management is horrible. It is way over crowded and over teacher child ratio. It is filthy!
