I called to get my 2018 childcare tax form, which is required by law to get. The director acted like she didn't know what type of form I was asking for. I called before 7 am then I called about 10 something. She said she will have to get with the owner, which I don't understand since you are the director. You should be running the facility where the owner isn't there. I called about 4:01 and she said the owner gets off at 4 and haven't heard anything from her. So, I gave it a hour and she refused to answer the phone. It is ashame that I have to wait.a whole weekend to get the information I need by law. I called two other daycares and received it the same day. THIS IS A BUSINESS PRACTICES.
