The Treehouse A Children's Academy

April Sansburry Is the Director of this preschool she is absolutely rude and very unprofessional while talking to Adults, I don’t want to imagine how she treats the children. I had signed up my son who only attended there for 3 days and wouldn’t want to ever take my kid back because I don’t feel safe with him going there. I know she is still charging me but I would like to speak to someone else in regards to this situation.

I wouldn't even give this daycare a 1 star rating if I had a choice. The director April Sansburry is completely insane. There was one kid that kept attacking both of my kids. It went on for a few weeks and nothing was done. I spoke to all the teachers and found out that one of the teachers was telling my son to hit the kid back and he will leave you alone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Scary to think that they take care of our children all day.

Very disorganized and poorly run business. Huge lack of communication and lack of management. No one seems to know what is going on and no consistency of what occurs on a daily basis. My child was bit badly and no one knew about and no incident report made until I asked for one. Over charged and double charged. No proper records kept of payments and now in dispute! Looking for a daycare? Keep looking!
