Children were left alone inside the facility while others played outsider, my son and niece got staph, workers are often on phones not paying attention to children. the kitchen was filthy with dishes stacked feet high day after day. they allowed a child (who's parents were surely paying) to clean the facility alone. the student to teacher ratio was always at least double what it should have been.
