Irritated is one way to describe how I feel about this place. I resigned my position early November and have been literally begging for my check ever since. 12/20/2022 I reached out to the director about my check, she said she will mail it out. 12/13/2022 I reached out to the director for the SECOND time and she said she mailed it. 12/20/2022 AM I reached out to the director the THIRD time and she ignored me, which is when I asked for the check number. 12/20/2022 PM I reached out to the director the FOURTH time and she ignored me. 12/30/2022 I reached out to the director for the FIFTH time and she said she sent it out Tuesday, which would have been 12/27/2022, which proves that she never sent it out in the first place. I have text message proof of all of this as evidence. 01/20/2023 I received my W2 in the mail, yet still NEVER received my check! Absolutely ridiculous! How can I get my W2 with no problem , yet my check I have to beg for? If I do not get my check I WILL be seeking legal action. I WILL not remove this review UNTIL I get my check then I will consider it! Parents and future employees beware of the scandals here at this center. Oh & the director has also been defaming me, talking negative upon me to others at the center. What a family friendly place. UPDATE; 01/28/2023 I FIANLLY received my check (because I posted this review they decided to finally send me a check for the hours I worked), but it’s VOIDED! The check date was 11/23/2022. It clearly says “void after 60 days” well today marks 68 days! Absolutely ridiculous! That shows my check was never reprinted and this was my original check from last year I begged to get sent to me. I reached out to the director. If I do not get my check I will go to small claims court and take this review all over every aspect of the internet I can. I have been civil and nice, but clearly I need to be strict and bring in legal matters. I give them one more week to make this right and give me my money.
I love this center! The director is super sweet and the staff are warm and welcoming! When I walk in this building it’s clean and kids artwork is on the walls. Love it!!
This facility is top rate. I am so impressed with the staff and management with their knowledge, experience and quality of care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a higher level for their children.

Rule Reference: 5 CSR 25-500.102 Personnel (4) (A) . states: Every three (3) years, the child care provider, group child care home provider, child care staff members, and volunteers in a group child care home or child care center licensed to provide care for infants less than one (1) year of age shall successfully complete department-approved training regarding the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) safe sleep recommendations contained in the American Academy of Pediatrics Policy Statement on sleep-related infant deaths. The Sleep-Related Infant Deaths: Updated 2022 Recommendations for Reducing Infant Deaths in the Sleep Environment, July 2022, is incorporated by reference in this rule, as published by the American Academy of Pediatrics and available at https://publications.aap.org/pediatrics/article/150/1/e2022057990/188304/Sleep-Related-Infant-Deaths-Updated-2022 or as published in PEDIATRICS Volume 150, Issue 1, July 2022.
