This caregiver was taking and picking up my grandson to school (kindergartener). The first day, she picked him up 50 minutes late. The school had to call his mom at work. Later she said she completely forgot to pick him up. Then we found out she was dropping him off and leaving him alone with no supervision. My grandson was found crying in the school yard alone. When we found out we had to terminate her services. It didn't feel safe to leave him there.
