They care for my son as he's their own. Love seeing them interact with him. Love seeing the staff smile when he walks in. Would recommend this day care to anyone.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Teachers leave the children unattended in the room, I have witnessed this with my own eyes and the owner also admitted it on the phone without realizing it during our conversation. The staff lack compassion and you can see it in their demeanor. They don’t greet you, no eye contact, no smiles or happy faces for the children or parents. At least fake loving your job until the parents leave! The owner hides from parents and has staff lie that she isn’t there while she hides behind the door and will tell you that you can no longer attend the facility if you ask her questions or confront her about not following protocol when it comes to the health and safety of your child. This has been the worst two week experience for me and my children. My son begged not to go in everyday which is not normal for a 3 year old who is used to a daycare setting. Please do not use this daycare they are not there for the kids, it’s all about money. I’ll also add we were asked to leave since we questioned her policy and she refused to refund our money that we had paid for the rest of the month. Very unprofessional all the way around.
