I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Stay away! My family's experience with the owner and the office manger of this facility was absolutely awful. With years of using other day cars in the area, this was the worse experience ever. They have a non-documented whimsical operations policy that leaves parents in very unfortunate situations.
We were victims of getting notified of early dismissals, facility closures and a whole host very non-professional emails with varying subjects that just screamed incompetence. Once these concerns were brought to the owner, she was completely dismissive and unwilling to listen with any opportunity to improve the customer experience.
Just lousy business neighbors.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The management does not care about the children AT ALL! STAY AWAY! I am a teacher with 10 years experience.here are my two horror stories

My 2 year old daughter went to creative child and her teachers were great.

Story 1: during the summer both my children 2&4 went there. I work manual labor and am a single father of two and one day needed to drop my kids off early and had to pick them up at 5:15 and I received an email questioning my parenting abilities for leaving my kids there for longer than 10 hours.

Story 2:
I decided that my son might be able to go to club creative instead of his private school to make drop off and pick ups easier. Scheduled a day for him to visit and see if he liked it. When we got there the teacher didn’t know we were coming apparently and didn’t even introduce herself after i greeted her “this is my son _____”,
... she just told he was in the wrong place! I said no he's supposed to be there today! And then proceeded to call. never once saying "welcome him I guess you're our visitor today or any sort of kindness.

When I told management that this wasn’t the start that I would had expected, and that I thought it was unacceptable behavior of a teacher to snub us, i was yelled at and told I was “nit picking”. I called to talk to the owner and she told me my children needed to be picked up that they were no longer allowed to attend the school” .
My sons things were packed into bags and he was told by the management to stand at the door and wait for me to pick him up, basically singled out and shunned in front of the entire class! This is after my poor little boy wasn’t even introduced to the class.

Do you remember what it is like going into a new school and class. Can you imagine this happening to your child?!

He had to wait at the door for at least 10-15min. why did the administrator Jess have to go across the street to get his things packed and tell him to stand at the door? What kind of person does that to a child?

Why couldn’t he continue to play until I got there? Why was he made and outcast? He did nothing wrong! It was cruel and showed a lack of compassion and is sickening.
