Horrible. For starters, there was nothing education about this establishment. My child would be barefoot watching cartoons upon arrival under the supervision of Tashonda Jones, the owner who was normally inappropriately dressed, belly hanging and ungroomed, is not qualified to be watching children. Facility is in a filthy residence; dirty kitchen, bathroom, walls & floors. She must smoke since my sons car seat which was not returned once reeked of cigarettes. Greedy is an understatement, she asl for money prior to service and when she didn’t fulfill her responsibilities after being paid she refused a refund and stated that I should’ve paid her the week prior (basically so she can spend over the weekend) do not support this woman or her fastidious facility it’s her raggedy home. Be advised, Freeport has much better, reliable service.
