Wiggles And Giggles Infant And Toddler Center

My daughter attends the center and loves her teachers. She always comes home happy and ready to talk about her day! The staff put a lot of love and care into this center making it a great place for children to grow and learn!

0 stars would be more accurate. My child lasted two days at this place. After each day came home with more bruises on the child then i’ve Ever seen on them. Something is off about this place. Stay away. A lot of my reviews have been removed, probably since they are poor reviews.  Also, I was contacted by a lawyer to stop reviewing them. On top of that I was told, after talking to the church leadership, that they will pray for me not look into it but pray for me. Not a good business model I say. 

I love this center, my family and I are made to feel welcomed and at home here. I get real time updates on meals, diaper changes and so on, pictures, and a summary of my toddlers day so I can help reinforce learning at home. The teachers are super friendly and willing to talk about anything as long as they aren't in the middle of diaper changes and talking with the kids, and they encouraged me to drop in and see my kid throughout the day if I felt like it. It's easy to see they actually like and appreciate and care about the kids, which is so comforting. I know so many kids have a hard time going to daycare, but mine talks about the teachers all the time, and gives them hugs every Monday!

Unfortunately my review kees getting removed where ever I post it, so I will just kee posting it to protect other families from going through what we have. My children were there two days ans they came out looking like they had been in a war. My son has bruises all over his body and there was no explanation given to me as to why. I have contacted the proper authorities, but please don’t think that just because this place is part of a Luthern Church that it is a safe place for your children.

A lot of the teachers are great. Appreciate their time and concern with the kids and the way they genuinely care for them. Some teachers have been there a long time, others are newer. We're always happy with the way they get excited to see our child/ren each day and how they want them to develop and grow.

The curriculum is that of a 2 star facility. So you get what you pay for. They do keep children back if the next room is full. They're not suppose to do that (we have consulted with a child care attorney), but the issue was fixed fatherly quicker once discussed. Children are suppose to be with children of like age. It's the daycare facilities responsibility to make sure they're staffed appropriately for the kids they have in their school.

The director is a joke. Completely unprofessional and needs an attitude change, quick. For someone who works with other people's children all day, you would think he would be happy and cordial. At least give off an appearance you want to be there. Instead he ignores you like you're the plague. His demanor should be watched carefully and addressed immediately by his supervisor. Hems the face of the daycare itself and gives off a negative impression.

Please be sure to do all research into this facility, and any facility, before deciding. There are pros and cons to both.
