Blaney Baptist Church Day Care

We lasted roughly 2 1/2 years. We had problems in the baby room. I thought a woman killed my son. It was like pulling teeth just to get her removed from that particular room. There are a few teachers up there with hearts of pure gold. There are also quite a few check collectors. The director seems to encourage petty behavior and backstabbing by the employees. This only takes away from the care of the children. The director also has her own favorite children. If one of her favorites happens to be the problem child of the class you can rest assured that she will not do anything, or force the parents to do anything about bad behavior. We left when a child that started biting in the one year old room, and only added to his bad behavior rather than having anything curbed. Multiple complaints were made my multiple parents and teachers. The child bit other children so hard it broke skin, threw objects at other children and teachers, hit teachers forcefully in the face, and finally decided to leave multiple large marks on my own child's face. There seems to be an ongoing problem where one teacher in particular "didn't see what happened" because she's on her phone all day. If your kid behaves terribly this would be the place for you. Kids can get an unlimited amount of write ups and never be asked to leave...regardless of how badly they injure anyone else. Management is poor, half of the staff is worthless. A weight has been lifted since we departed.
