If I could rate a negative star I would. This branch is fraudulent. Since June 2018 I have had wrongful money taken out of not one but two of my bank accounts WITHOUT permission. The first 3 the money was put back not long after calling them however DAVID is a complete A$$ and will make you feel like its your fault.. but after 5 times you will realize there is something way more going on. Now they wont even give me my money back- I have pulled both my kids and my membership from them but have to wait to get reimbursed. I have filed with my bank and will be contacting the ymca home office to file for an investigation to be done. I will go to every website and anything else to let people know of how wrong and dishonest this place has become. Parents please check your bank account if you do not catch it they will not give it back. The amounts are either over charging by a lot or just complete non sense charges that shouldn't even exist. Oh and if your set up on BI monthly payments they will still charge the full month over and over and tell you the same excuse that they didn't know- doesn't make sense when its the same employees. I have had $1685 in wrongful charges that I know of. They have reimbursed 1400 of it and not because they are nice good honest people. This is not acceptable!!!! This place is full of excuses!! I have tones of email communications and bank statements as proof of this fraudulent behavior. Also for the record the 2nd bank account that they recently took $215.00 out of for no reason and wont give back to me was out of an account that I used one time to pay for my girls swimming lessons- guess that gave them permission to pull whatever they want whenever they want.. pretty sure the law says differently.. Lets see how their home office and other parents feel about this-- signed by one un-happy pi$$ed off southern momma !!!!!
