Great quality care you can count on for your kids! Mrs McLennon is very passionate and dedicated to providing a very safe and nurturing environment for the kids. She has taken care of all three of my kids for the past couple of years. She is very professional and I greatly recommend her!

About the Provider
My name is Mrs. Marjorie McLennon, the Family Childcare Home(FCCH) owner, director for Bright Starts Educational Daycare, LLC. We are a new Family Childcare Home, located in the Marley Creek community of Glen Burnie, Maryland. Likewise, I am a registered member of MSDE and a trained teacher with over 15 years of teaching background. Hence, I have experience working with children from 6 weeks old through to age 12. Bright Starts Educational Daycare, LLC (BSED) is a state-regulated family child care home (FCCH) and license to Marjorie McLennon, registration number is 258780 for region one in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I hold a Bachelors and a Masters degree in early childhood education. I have completed several educational skill courses and qualification training that enables me to work with children from birth to school age. In addition to my teaching degrees, I have completed CPR / First Aid training, Medication Administration training, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), Breastfeeding, Childcare Director Studies, Emergency Preparedness, ADD, and much more. I am also required by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) to maintain training yearly. My goal is to make a meaningful educational difference in the lives of young children and their families.
