I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I'm not satisfied with my services I encountered at this daycare .. I was told if I pay $150 I can get 50 hours it juss has to be used up within the first week and not goin into a whole new week, I sent my schedule which were all days in the same week as in Sun-Saturday because it starts on Sundays hours split up juss for the times I need help since it's 24 hours she confirmed everything was ok so in between time after a day or 2 I asked if she can update me on my hours cause ik I hvnt used much that week and she said she'd let me kno but never did days passed and I still haven't heard anything.. I brought up again how she hasn't updated me on the status of things and I wanted to make sure I was on track and not assuming things if it's not correct and she still haven't updated  me on the hours I can still use .. for the schedule I hada Saturday which is tomrrw but through via text she states he's already attended his 5 day stay Nd any other days is a service fee charge so I told her how is that the case if Saturday was on my schedule and you ddnt correct anything once I sent it plus I've contacted her at times juss for an update and she never gotten bk with me and if there's anyway she can accommodate the situation since on her parts she didn't help the situation and not communicating with me that way I would kno wat hours I have left and etc I believe I only used not even 30 hours!! She supposed to bein a business woman she said she's only taking the price down no kind of refund esp since my son ddnt attend all 50 hours plus I can use a day that I actually had apart of my schedule it's almost like she was sneaky in this and ddnt wana give me bk $30-40 bucks either !! She's putting it all on me sayn parents supposed to kp updates but I told her she should already have an update in her system already documented which it seems she ddnt !! I read thru this and it say maximum children is 12 but I went earlier to pick my sons file up since he won't be attending anymore and she ddnt even have it ready or ddnt update me on when she can plus there was juss one young lady there and she had almost 20 kids there by herself so she's definitely goin over her maximum!!! ..  I don't feel I got my worth outa this I asked for leniency on the situation abt juss how I've bn continuously communicating with her tryin to make sure we were on the same page but I was never updated then times she wasn't even gettn bk with me !! Then I even asked for some type of refund since I clearly ddnt use all my hours and she never responded.. juss beware parents I was very open to having my child here but it's almost like she knew things but wasn't open with me ESP about days she knew I culdnt bring him and had me feeling I can or else why would I have put it on my schedule!!!  She completely left me in the dark abt everything and so strict and is a home daycare at that !!! I'm very unsatisfied with her business and asked every way for her to accommodate me but she didn't feel the need too juss so unorganized and overstepping her boundaries towards parents with juss not accommodating a situation period ! Since I ddnt feel satisfied of her business and how she picked to go by things once I highly expressed my concerns Is why I'm writing my review.. thanks
