Pioneer Drive CDC

I have only 1 positive and that was a couple of teachers who were great. I have a lot more complaints though. My child (4 months) started coming home with gashes on my child's legs. Daycare claimed it was his nails, but our pediatrician stated that it was not nails, and that someone was hurting him. The daycare decided to move my child up to the next room, and said they would investigate, but never did. 5 months later my child was placed back into the room with same 1st teacher when the scratches were occurring. I picked my child up that day and found my child not buckled into the chair at the table and the bottle was out of reach. They were no longer feeding my child solids like in the previous room and fed my child a bottle 3 times the whole 8 hours there. They also only changed my child's diaper 3 times because it was dirty. Had the diaper not been dirty, that teacher would not change it. This daycare does not check ids of visitors. There is zero security. The office does not answer their phone or return calls. To top it off, we paid up the next two weeks, filled out their form, and still got charged $75 penalty for no reason. The $75 penalty is only when you do not fill out their form or pay up. I did everything and still go charged. They will not return my money. I highly do not recommend this daycare.
