Brilliant Minds Academy

Unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly ghetto. These people are not in it for the children but for the paycheck. The staff are very rude and nasty. Classes are combined when it should be separated. Teachers are not really teachers. Too many children with issues that need special attention. And lastly these children aren't learning anything.

The center seems to be very clean. But the staffing personnel are very unprofessional. There were a few issues that were not clear to us. When the personnel addressed the issues they were very rude. Talking over me and not letting me speak. I wanted to talk to the owner of the operation, but when I called and asked for her. I was rudely asked...who I was and what I wanted. They then preceded to give the owner's name but the wrong phone number. My daughter wanted to go in and sit with her child for the day for observation and was told she could not. So we immediately withdrew our child. I agree with the person above 1 star is too much.

I would like to say,I never not once had a issue with this daycare. My preschooler has been with Brilliant Minds Academy since 2012.
I definitely love all the teachers there. The place is well handled. Kinda crazy with all the kids but still they got it together!! My older two go for the summers and have been going for 3 summers now. They love it, brilliant minds is always on top of there field trips that my daughters go on. I love this place , and it's very clean or my kids definitely wouldn't be going here.. thanks C.H.

1 star is giving them way too much credit!!!! I wouldn't let them care for my dog!!! I agree with Kbanks the teachers are completly clueless, the center is always out of compliance with state licensing requirements!!  Although the center is beautiful it is not worth the constant headaches worrying about the safety and well being of your child while in their care. 

I wouldn't send my children here.  I worked there for two days before I couldn't handle it.  The teachers are completley clueless and they're out of compliance with the state.  Oh-Beachbrook was there my first day.  Being warned about kids with severe behavioral issues would have been great.
