I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I gave this review 1 star, but in all seriousness they don’t deserve any. I just pulled both of my children out of this facility. They say they provide quality child care, but the only quality I have witnessed is poor. They don’t care about parent complaints, they blame every issue they have on other people, they are unable to PROFESSIONALLY communicate with someone, and they don’t take care of the children the way they should. Their turn over rate in the last month is out of control, and messaging the owner (Nichole) with any issues is useless as she just brushes them off or gets an attitude. My son went 6 hours without his diaper changed, when I complained about it, they told me it was a misunderstanding and that I was over exaggerating. They’re constantly sitting at the desk on their phone, when I walked in to pick up my sons one day I noticed that Ebony, the assistant director, had Facebook pulled up. I do not pay over $600 a month to have my children’s needs ignored because they can’t be bothered to get off their a** and do something instead of sitting on Facebook. Their staff is underpaid and treated just as terrible as the children, if not worse as surprising as that may be. My suggestion would be to take your kids LITERALLY anywhere else. My dog gives better quality child care than this facility.
