By far one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever encountered. I highly recommend entrusting your children with a more dependable company. I used this daycare temporarily while out of the country for a month. Before enrolling, I contacted this facility to discuss tuition rates. The rates were provided to me both by phone and by email. I was advised by Christine of the weekly and daily rates available before enrolling my children. Because my children had other summer commitments planned, I wanted to have a full understanding of my options for days that they would not be in attendance for the full week. I contacted several daycares asking this specific question before choosing a school. Christine was aware that I was abroad, and as soon as the first payment was due for a week that my children would only be attending 2 days, she suddenly tried to insist that the daily rates that her and I discussed clearly, did not exist--despite a full conversation prior to me leaving in addition to a word for word document provided by their company clearly offering daily rates. When presented with the email that she sent me --she then stated that though they do "sometimes offer it", it can only be for one day--despite no documentation of this on their tuition sheet. She was demeaning and rude to my relative when presented with the tuition sheet that clearly offered the daily rates. They proceeded to draft my account for a different amount than what was agreed upon simply because they knew that I was abroad and could not do anything about it. As soon as I returned I called the daycare from the airport. Christine was beyond rude and ignorant and could not even provide a reasonable explanation as to why their rate sheet offered rates that "weren't available". I called the district manager and left several messages--still have not received a call back. I called the corporate office and was told that I will have to speak with the district manager--who never answers emails or phone calls. In addition--they are beyond careless. There was also an incident when my child was attacked by another child and the facility never contacted me--they only contacted the other child's parent. My family was not informed of this until my child told me. Definitely would not recommend and will never use their services again.
