Corazoncitos Felices II (EMERG OPEN)

I remember this lady alma Rosa Sanchez ^ who used to take her children at the daycare and I only worked there for a couple weeks because I was almost on my due date but I can tell you that this lady when she would leave her kids at the daycare how she would treat her own kids really bad and when she would drop them off she would scream at them so many bad words and how if they didn’t listen to the teachers she would hit them and one time I witnessed how alma Rosa’s children hit and spit on a teacher because they would hit the teachers and one time I witnessed when one of the teachers talked to alma Rosa because of her children’s behavior and how they say badwords and we asked how he got that word and he said he got it from his mom, and when we talked to her about their child behavior alma Rosa Sanchez started hitting her children so bad she started punching her own kids and hitting them in the head and what she did is video tapped on the daycare cameras and when she left we called CYFD and did a report of what alma Rosa Sanchez did and that lady is the one of the first review and in the review she put above is false the Luly was actually trying to stop her child from hurting himself because he was hitting his head on the wall and we also have it videotaped on the daycare cameras and you guys can judge on how her children do whatever they do because the first education we give is us the parents and about the food, you can come around dinner time and to see if they only give bread with strawberry jam they actually serve food with and probably for her the daycare doesn’t deserve any stars but her like a mom how many stars do you think she deserves? And overall the owners and staff are amazing the teachers have patience they are friendly and educated with there classes and they do so many activities and I would totally recommend

If I could I’ll give this daycare 0 stars I have the worst experience ever they had a lady as a manager her name is luli she lost control with my kids and she grabbed him by his neck leaving red marks all over her neck of course am calling cyfd on them they supposed to hired people that can handle kids plus my kids will spend 5 to 6 hours night time all they give them for dinner was a piece of bread with mermelade. My kids were always hungry by the time I ll pick them up at 10:30 not recommending this place at all very rude people that they just there becuade if the money they get paid but don’t take care of your kids at all
