I have used this provider for more than 6 months

They were once a great facility. However, leadership has changed and the quality of care has deteriorated significantly. They released confidential information about my child to a complete stranger without my or my husband's permission and my child suffered several severe injuries while in their care. While I understand that "kids will be kids," it is not reasonable for them to say that they are an inclusive facility and then not provide adequate staffing or education to existing staff to ensure that all children are kept safe.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Dirty, unsupervised, negligent classrooms. They will allow toddlers and babies there that are severely ill from a virus, flu, or bacteria. Other baby hacking up and coughing in a tiny aired classroom infecting all the other babies. Babies falling off swings left unmonitored. Teacher never in the room when they ensure you their is a teacher there is all bogus. They are dishonest, dirty, and will eventually try to milk you for a month or so you never enrolled your child in. Classroom was so filthy there were tiny particles of food left for weeks. Each week my child would go he would be playing with crumbs from weeks ago from other babies and toddlers. This place repulsed me so bad, i removed my child ! They never return your belongings, use up all your diapers on other kids without your permission and water. This place is gross and i wouldn't allow even my cat to attend there
. For the price, you would expect superior classes and an educator in the classroom, not a big zoo. Plus, they don't place children appropriately according to age. They will place your toddler in a room with others way younger than him , only 6 weeks old .They will ignore your child, have him fall on his head on their hard surface floors, or pick up and eat books off the floor. Came in few times to see few babies eating books off apart and they allow that. Bits and particles of books in their mouths ! Its a zoo.
