I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I agree with every word of the review above. I love and adore the teachers. The director, however, is rude, unprofessional, and very difficult to work with. She creates rules and regulations that significantly prove that each family is simply a number to her. The way she treats parents, children, and staff is astounding. I sure hope the school isn't hurt by such a terrible director because the teachers are saints for working there for her.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have been a parent of a child attending this school for more than a year. For the most part the school is ok. When I first went for my tour I was initially excited about attending. After time, staff began letting their guard down and showing their true colors. THe office staff is small and you never know what you're going to get. There are times when the interaction just feels "faked" and "forced". It shouldn't be that hard to communicate with a parent. I find that the director is completely unprofessional and has been seen berating parents in the halls. She feels as though she has the right to dictate what can and cannot be discussed with my child's teacher! She doesn't know how to speak to people and after addressing an issue with her, you walk away wondering, "Did that just happen?" Since being there, my child has had four different teachers. It seems to have a really high turnover rate, which isn't easy since my child has difficulty with change. As soon as we got used to one assistant teacher, a new one was there the next week. There also seems to be a lot the directors kids working there which I find interesting. One day her child is in the office, as I drop off a tuition check, the next day my child's teacher. I choose the Christian school because I wanted my child to have a positive start, and I didn't want the small family run, home-based daycare. It feels as though the director would have it that way, with constant turnover and personal usage of her family! Overall, the lead teacher was excellent. She really put her all into teaching and loving my child. As I walk down the halls, you can see/hear that the teachers really care about the kids there. I just don't get the same from the director. It seems as though she only sees them as a number which is really unfortunate. I recommended the school to a friend, who signed up her child. She is experiencing some of the same issues with the director. My friend stated that during her tour, the person kept pointing out the directors grandson, and even stopped to play with him. My friend took it all in stride, but said it was a little unprofessional. She has also had the pleasure of having to deal with the director's daughter in her child's class. Nothing was said or done, but my friend expressed to me that I should just try to get a glimpse of her when she thinks no one is watching. So I sat in my car in the parking lot and watched as she walked around on her cell phone a few minutes and occasionally she'd look up at the kids with this look of disgust as if she really didn't want to be there. When a parent or other staff member would appear, her demeanor would instantly change. When I finally went to get my child, she plastered a fake smile across her face. I'm starting to see this place in a whole new light. The director also seems to have her own set of rules for some things and apparently, some people. I've never known of a school where you couldn't pass out birthday invitations to the class. Again, the majority of teachers that are there are great. I just feel the director needs to be retrained or replaced! If you choose this school, just look past the fake management persona and see the staff as a whole! Good luck!
