Bear's Den Childcare Center

Horrible!!! The woman with shoulder length black hair is a bully. She talks to you in a condescending manner. She is beyond rude and I would say that she harrasses the parents. I had permission through my friend to pick up her child as well as through Bear's Den. I was a little lost as it was my first time picking up my friend's child so unbeknownst to me I was actually sitting right in front of the daycare when I was searching in my phone for the directions my friend sent me. Well the lady with the shoulder length black hair came out and treated me like a criminal. Instead of asking me if I needed help she came up to my window and stared at me with this look of disgust. I told her I was looking for the daycare and she didn't even tell me that I was parked right in front of it. Then she actually went and got a security guard from the hospital like I was some criminal. First of all I am the most conservative looking mother ever and I also had my two children with me. I drive a new car also. Not that that should matter but I'm trying to paint a picture here for you. What I'm saying is there would be no reason for her to treat me like that. Also when I figured out that I was at the daycare I of course went in. Well then she acted as if nothing had happened. I am appalled at the way I was treated. She embarrassed me by having the security guard come up to me and she treated me horribly. I have never in my life been treated that way. She should be fired for her poor people skills. I can only imagine how she treats the children. She probably bullies them til they are too scared to say anything to anyone. She's a horrible horrible human being.
