Instead of investigating abuse and neglect claims made to the owner about our children, Renee chose to kick our family out of the program after agreeing that the issues were concerning and set a time to meet with us; we were met with a cop and threats of trespassing all with a smile on her face. I have screenshots to anyone who wants to see the truth. The staff member we believed to have abused our 17 month old walked by us with a smile on her face as well. This is the second awful encounter with this women, we should have never went back after she kicked us out the first time for a gentle reminder to have her staff cleans our children’s faces and their diapers.

On both occurrences owner became confrontational with me when I addressed an issue that I've in person had addressed with a staff member. Of which I was informed by that staff member that they would say something to the afternoon staff to clean up the children's faces. Everyday that my two youngest children got home from this daycare I've had to fight with them to get the hardened boogers off their noses and the dirtiness on their cheeks (that wasn’t easy to do when I had a broken foot at the time). That's all I was asking the owner to do was address this matter, as my 2 year old and 1 year old do not know how to clean their own faces yet. Sent a message on there app and got a phone call from the owner, 1 minute into the phone call conversation, the owner was very defensive about the issue and said that my children were not going to be allowed to come back because the owner felt that I was unappreciative of their help. Renee let them come back and then kicked our children out again because my wife who has been very patient with her and her staff. Tried to voice her concerns about our youngest daughter’s behavior. Nothing changed with my previous complaints. Of which my wife and I were in agreement to deal with. It was very hard to ignore the reality of how much we’ve had to walk on eggshells with her. Voiced our new concerns. She had the cops there this time, my children’s belongings already packed up, Saying that we were harassing and threatening her and staff and we can no longer step on the grounds and made sure that the cop told my wife and I, in front of our older children we will be trespassers after today. Sad to say but she did this with a smile on her face.

My son loves this place! He is always smiling when he gets there. He always reaches for the staff right away to be held. I've never had a problem there and everyone has been super nice and attentive. Such a great daycare

My son has been going here for about 9 months. There have been a few hiccups along the way. However I highly reccomend little b's. The teachers here are awesome. My son had blossomed since starting here. He had completely come out if his shell. I owe a big thanks to the folks there for the growth and transformation in my child. Pays, he absolutely loves it there.

Owner Renee, rude, catty, unprofessional and clearly cares more about the dollar signs then the well being of children. I wouldn't leave my dog here to be watched. Don't let this snarky selfish owner come anywhere near your child. Glad I didn't sign with this place for care.

Unsanitary, unprofessional and the owner is rude and seems to be in business only for the money. Parents beware.
