Teaching Young Hearts Child Development Center

I took my daughter here thinking the staff was nice and Ms.Shanny who gave me a tour was really nice. However as time went on staff was gone not enough staff kids all over the place. Mr Motley who appears to be a teacher doesn't look after the 8 year olds he wants to sit with the 14 year old telling them what to expect out of a man and the kids who does need his attention is all over the place. Im a parent who does pop ups to see whats going on and it's definitely not a place where you would want to take your kids and feel safe while your not there. I did a pop up at about 1130 and one of the staff thats 19 was outside smoking weed you could smell it and she had a black and mild in her mouth when i pulled up. Last day was today I will not tolerate this. One of the owners act like she doesn't want any part of the daycare but this is your daycare. Do not take your kid here you will regret it!

In the beginning everything was going good for about the first 2 months. Afterwards it went downhill quickly! The teachers were rude and it was obvious they had no childcare background. What really took the cake is the day I did a pop up visit and caught a teacher outside in my 2 year old face screaming at him holding on to his arm in a jacked up position. I highly recommend parents do not send your child here you never know what is going on behind those doors. The director cant see everything and definitely do not know everything.

Unsanitary and rude staff.. Initially will be polite until your child is enrolled. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone...
