Shaw's Child Care

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Employees don't get paid on time. She lost one of my checks and took over a month to pay me. She talks down to staff and tells them when they leave they won't amount to anything. The facility is dirty. There are roaches in the kitchen and classrooms. There are bugs everywhere. The bathrooms are not sanitary. The director is never at the center. She leaves to go home and get her hair and nails done or whatever else. The children aren't disciplined, they do whatever they want and run free. The kids there bite other staff, cuss, hit and the director does nothing about it. The children who have parents working there run around with phones and the rest of the children aren't allowed to watch anything. The toys are dirty and old. And the staff to child ratio is always off. They only keep 1 person in a room by yourself with up to 12 kids. They say the food is health but they have served a piece of toast for breakfast to school-agers. The director will go to the store and buy food for the center and then set some asside to take home with her. The kids are put down for nap with food all over them and they're cots, the staff don’t clean them. The director says kids first, but it’s really her first. She takes advantage of parents and staff and will be kind at first until she shows her true side. Everything is about her and she is very quick to blame everyone else and be extremely disrespectful.
