Rising Starz Child Care Center

I wish I could rate the teachers separately, but i cant so im highly disappointed in this school. i only picked them because they have it where they tend to kids with special needs. this is not 100% my son has down syndrome his teachers where wonderful. The management is who i had an issue with Jennifer is the main person. Any time i brought up what was needed for my son to accommodate him and make sure he was comfy she shut it down. fast forward to today 8/4/22. i sent them an email to let them know i would be looking for a new day care because how i was being treated i didnt like and Julie took it upon her self to reach out to Child Care Group to tell them that my last day of care was today even though the signed paperwork states to withdraw your child a 2week notice is required. when i confronted her about it she tells me " she didn't mean any disrespect by it but she notified them to make it an easier transition for my family" .Not only was she not thinking about my family is i didnt have the option to work from home when needed i would loose my job because of her because i was not allowed the proper time to look for new care. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU ARE ON ASSISTANCE THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH!!!!!!!

After having my first son and needing to put him in daycare at only 6 weeks old, I was very concerned that he would not receive the love and attention he needs from a daycare center.

I am so grateful that I found Rising Starz. From the introductory visit and learning about the facility to bringing him in on my first day, Rising Starz took the time to answer all my questions and ensured they had the experience needed to do a great job caring for my son.

It has been six months now and my son looks forward to seeing Ms. Yolanda and Ms. Candy every day and happily jumps into their arms when we walk in. They do a great job noticing little details about my son during the day and carefully note any new developments. My son has never gotten a diaper rash, come home in dirty clothes or seem like he was neglected in any way. I have come in multiple times and found a teacher playing with him and/or holding and talking with him with a smile. They always embrace talking to the parents in the morning about the activity from the evening and when they last ate so they know what the status is with the baby coming in an anticipating their needs for the morning. Parents receive daily reports on their baby’s activity for the day and we know about every bottle and diaper change too! Even other teachers that are not apart of his class know him by name and greet him when we’re arriving and leaving. This place is a great environment for learning that feels safe and filled with lots of love! I recommend Rising Starz to all parents looking for a truly quality daycare center! It doesn’t get better than this!

We love this place and so does our daughter. Staff is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their program keeps our daughter happy, challenged, and her social skills are outstanding (she's 3 now; enrolled at 10 mos). Quality care at an affordable price, with a family environment, that is close to our home and work. So glad we found them!

I cant say enough about this daycare i love it. Most importantly my child loves. They have a well trained staff and a family atmosphere being that they are family ownd and operated. If you are searching for a childcare center this is the best in town hands down.
